Each oral presentation time : 10 minutes, Q & A 10 minutes
Special Lecture time : 20~35 minutes, Q & A 5 minutes
Let the chairs or organizers know that changes like titles or presenter.
Call for presenter : like as Mr/ Ms. OOO
Oral Presentation : Session chair will ring a bell once at 8 minutes after start(In case of the special lecture : 18~33 minutes), and twice at 10 minutes(In case of the special lecture : 20~35 minutes).
Session chair will ring a bell every minute once the presentation time exceeds.
Poster Put-up & Take Down Time
08:00 ~ 08:30 Put-Up
12:05 ~13:30, 14:35 ~ 14:55 Poster Presentation(Presenter be standby)
16:30 Take Down
Poster figures : 90*110cm2.
