| • Regular registration fee is included paper proceeding, CD-Rom, and Banquet. |
| • Student registration fee is included CD-Rom. |
| • Accompanying registration fee is included banquet, official tour and coffee breaks. |
| • Regardless of the presentation type, at least one of the co-authors of the submitted paper |
| SHOULD register as Regular or Student no later than May 10, 2010 (Early Registration Deadline). |
| • One registration is for only one paper. |
| • Paper which is not registered, won’t be published on AMR and Special Issues. |
| • Registration fees are non-refundable. |
- A. Only Visa, Master, and JCB Card are acceptable. [Except Amex Card]
- B. Payment by credit card is available only through the on-line procedure.
- C. After filling out the registration form on the web-site, please click “Go to the Electronic Payment”.
- D. Payment is only executable through Microsoft Internet Explorer.

- A. All bank remittance charges are to be paid by registrants.
- B. Sender’s name should be the registrant’s name.
- C. A copy of the bank remittance receipt should be sent to the MFMS 2010 Secretariat.
